CARE ASSISTANT VACANCY-(NO SPONSORSHIP)

Arc Care Ltd is a growing organization seeking for experienced Health Care Assistants to join our team. 

Job location: Swindon, Wiltshire

Job type: Permanent/ Part time

Salary: From £12.21 up to £12.82 per hour 

Responsibilities:

Support with daily tasks such as personal care, administer medication, and meal preparation

Assist with domestic duties (may include assistance with cleaning, cooking, washing, shopping)

Be able to motivate and encourage people through positive engagement and interaction

Liaising with other Health professionals such as Doctors, District Nurses and Paramedics

Attending staff meetings and working as part of a team

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a related field is ideal

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A compassionate and patient approach to care

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
